Founded in 1956, Richard E. Krall Inc. is an excavating and paving company that has been family  owned and operated for almost 70 years.

Our company provides skilled excavating, paving and site preparation services in the commercial, industrial and residential markets.  We work with general contractors to provide services for street and heavy highway projects, commercial and residential development, and other site improvement projects in Central Pennsylvania.  Recent projects include a 40,000 square foot warehouse addition in Camp Hill, two new hotel construction projects in York County and construction of a new warehouse access road in Newville.

About the Owner

The current owner, Steve Krall, purchased the company from his father Richard in 1994 after serving as General Manager for 25 years. Steve has 40+ years of excavating, paving and site preparation experience.
